We all know that kids can be challenged when it comes to cleaning, so start your youngster off right with kids furniture that’s quite easy to keep clean. After dusting, it will be time to remove any finger prints or smudges by giving your child a moist rag with a little bit of olive oil and white vinegar on it. Have her gently push the rag along the wood grain and soon the furniture will regain its original sheen beauty and look spotless. If you notice any major dings or scratches you can add one more step to the cleaning process by getting your youngster to color over the scratch with furniture markers that match the color of the finish. These markers could be ordered on the Internet or found at hardware stores.
When your child is finished cleaning make sure to stand back and praise the good job she’s done. With any luck, she’ll be happy to do it all again the very next week, so that her kids furniture set will stay gorgeous and sparkling through all its years of use.
