No, we are running a little behind due to the Holidays. Although, if you’d wish to link back to us, we would really appreciate it. It isn’t required, though.

Hey Guys, just another seo tip:

Make sure your targeted keyword phrase is always first or as close to first as possible without making it look unnatural.

Here’s a quick example: Lets say you are targeting the phrase

    “Kindle 3 e-reader”

Title: Kindle 3 e-reader – Read Our Review Before You Buy

    h1 tag: Here’s why the Kindle 3 e-reader is a top seller

Start of article: The Kindle 3 e-reader is out preforming all…

h2 tag after the first or second paragraph should read:
Here’s more about the Kindle 3 e-reader you may not know

h3 tag after the third or fourth paragraph should read:
My final thoughts on why Kindle 3 e-reader is a top seller

Your excerpt (description) is what google will shows when a user searches for your keyword phrase should start with:
“Kindle 3 e-reader” and should consist of 160 characters or less.

Your tags should start with: Kindle 3 e-reader followed by 3 or 4 other related tags.

The keyword phrase should be repeated at lease two more times throughout the body of your article and should appear in the last sentence of your article. The other tags (keywords) such as kindle ebook reader, kindle 3, kindle reader review, etc. should be sprinkled throughout the article as well. Last but not least, your targeted keyword phrase should be in the link back to your website: e.x. ezgoarticles.com/kindle-3-e-reader.

That’s the basics of on page optimization, now for off page optimization. All you need to do there is get a few quality links back to your article and your traffic will explode! We’ll go over the steps to getting quality back links tomorrow, for now lets focus on writing a well optimized article.

I got an email today from a guy that does a back linking service for my websites and he provided me with some great seo tips so I thought I’d pass them on to you, my valued guest and members.
    Here they are:

    - regularly add fresh content – google and your customers love fresh content
    - Deep Linking – add backlinks to sub pages not just index page.
    - On page optimization this includes meta tags and keyword placement but also use tags around keywords
    - Site Map – the google bot loves site maps. There are plenty of tools to auto generate these for you
    - Anchor Text – On your site try not to over do keyword optimization on anchor text. This will look spammy. Sometimes use your company name, sometimes use you keyword

Keep me posted on your progress. I would love to hear what works for you

    Have a great day

I can’t tell you how important it is to put your keyword phrase at the beginning of your title, at the beginning of your description/excerpt and first tag. When google looks for content to present to their searcher, they look in those three places for keywords. They also look for keywords in the h1 h2 and h3 tags so if you want more traffic then don’t overlook these seo tips. Further, if you write multiple articles for the same keyword then use different tags for each article. Use LSI keywords for tags if you run out of options.

SEO Tip: If you are promoting a real estate website then write articles about real estate not moving and relocating. If a person finds your article through a search engine by typing the phrase “moving and relocating” then they are most likely looking for the services of or tips not real estate. If you are targeting the phrase “Arlington Homes for Sale” then write articles about “Arlington homes for sale” and use this phrase throughout your article and as your anchor text. You’ll find this technique brings much more traffic to your article and ultimately your website. Also note that our seo software will automatically bold, italicize and underline your keyword phrase, that will help increase traffic as well.

I almost sent in an article That I had also submitted elsewhere. That is wonderful to know that you only accept very original content. I will certainly remember that and I will submit my special articles here thanks so much. Tony

    • Ez Go Articles on August 7, 2011 at 6:46 pm

Hey Tony, first of all thanks for the comment. I appreciate your input. With google cracking down on duplicate content these days it’s only a matter of time before they find a way to eliminate duplicate content all together. It only makes sense to me to give google and other search engines what they want which is unique, well written and well optimized content. Google has a duty to their visitors (searchers) to provide the information they are looking for and google counts on websites like ours to deliver that content.

Thanks so much for the tips. Is there any way to go back and edit my article

    • Ez Go Articles on July 29, 2011 at 9:19 pm

Tony, the only way to edit your article is to edit the one in question and resubmit it. When I see it come in, I’ll delete the original and publish the edited version.

Hey Tony, great job on the article and your seo efforts. Your over all seo score is 52% which is good and your keyword density is 1.28%. If you were to add the h1, 2, and 3 tags, with your keyword phrase in them your score would rocket to at least 70% or more.

Keep up the the great work. We appreciate it!

What are lsi keywords? They are words that relate to your targeted keyword(s) or phrase but are different. For example; if you are writing an article about the “United Auto Workers” then an lsi keyword would be uaw, auto workers, united auto, etc. If you included these words in your article then the search engines will likely rank your site higher as a result. Here’s a tool I use that will help you find lsi keywords to included when writing your article.

  14. Ez Go Articles on July 15, 2011 at 8:19 pm

Another quick seo tip to get more traffic to your article. Bold, italicize and underline your keyword(s). The search engines look for these things when deciding where to rank your article. If you have questions, post them below.

Caution, don’t keyword stuff your article or the search engines may consider it spam. A good rule of thumb is one keyword or better yet one lsi keyword per one hundred words. I’ll explain what an lsi keyword is tomorrow.

Here’s another SEO tip to get more traffic to your article. Make sure your targeted keyword(s) are in your title, in the first sentence and at least 2 or 3 more times throughout the body of your article.

  16. Ez Go Articles on July 13, 2011 at 7:26 pm

Hey Guys, just a quick tip on how to get more traffic to your articles. Google and other search engines look for the h1 and h2 tags when deciding where to rank your articles so be sure to included them. The h1 should be placed at the beginning of your article and the h2 after the first or second paragraph. Make sure your keyword phrase is between them but write them naturally so it doesn’t look like keyword stuffing.
