In the morning wash your hands and face in the shower, allowing the water to spray on your face and let the water do the work. Wash your hands and face with a good mild cleanser. Allow to dry 10 to 15 minutes
Use an over the counter 2.5 Benzoyl Peroxide. Use this product generously. Allow to set on the skin for 10 minutes. After several weeks if need be, go to 5% benzoyl peroxide.
Gently rinse. Do not rub the skin, let the water do the work.
Next step use a good acne moisturizer
Follow these steps twice a day every day, with out fail. 2 TIMES A DAY EVERY DAY
